| | | Making Coaching Accessible | | In April, our UK office held an event exploring how coaching can be made more accessible across the organisation for staff at all levels. A topic that is very relevant globally and can help increase employee engagement and retention.
During the session participants discussed a variety of topics from their personal journeys with coaching within organisations to the necessity for accessible coaching amid the aftermath of the Great Resignation. |
